Book Haul – Happy as Gallagher at a Farmer’s Market

New Books from Road Trip to Barnes & NobleOn Facebook, I posted, “When B&N sends you a coupon via email and you are not visiting family in MA, there is only one thing to do….ROAD TRIP to Augusta!!”

What you see in the picture is the result of today’s road trip.

People can say what they want about buying from the “big box” bookstores but, when I can get 2 hardcovers and a paperback for under $20, I am happy as Gallagher at a farmer’s market (Thank you Geico!). PLUS! I get to spend a fun afternoon with my Mom — which is just the icing on the cake.

About Paul H-C

Just an avid reader in the little town of Bangor, Maine (Yes, that Bangor...home of Stephen King). When I'm not reading and drinking coffee, I sell cell phones by the sea shore.

  1. What’s the bottom one?

    • Paul H-C says:

On the very bottom is “Speaking From Among the Bones” by Alan Bradley. It’s the book I am currently reading and I used it to prop the others up, so I turned the spine around LOL!

What do you think?
