WWW Wednesday (March 27)

W...W...W... Wednesdays March 27 2013W…W…W…Wednesdays is a weekly reading prompt hosted by MizB at Should be Reading.

TO PLAY ALONG, JUST ANSWER THE FOLLOWING THREE (3) QUESTIONS:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

Right now, I am reading Odd Interlude by Dean Koontz. It’s a filler between Odd Apocalypse and Odd’s next adventure, Deeply Odd — due out this year. Odd has got himself in another life or death situation helping out the people in a “don’t blink or you’ll miss it” town on the California coast. But, just because the town is small, don’t think the evil is too.

I just finished “The Heart and the Fist: The Education of a Humanitarian, the Making of a Navy SEAL by Eric Greitens. It’s a fantastic memoir of a young man that realizes that there is just so much you can do to help the oppressed of the world and decides to instead try to rid the world of the oppressors. He goes from humanitarian missions in Africa and South America to joining the military and becoming a U.S. Navy Seal.

Ever since I read, Unwind by Neal Shusterman, I have wondered what happened afterward. So, Unwholly, is going to be my next book.

Until next week…

About Paul H-C

Just an avid reader in the little town of Bangor, Maine (Yes, that Bangor...home of Stephen King). When I'm not reading and drinking coffee, I sell cell phones by the sea shore.

Do work reads count? Until we get more than 24 hours in a day then that is what I got for ya!

  2. I am reading Wither. I just finished Across the Universe. I will read either the sequel to Wither – Fever when I am done or maybe my library will deliver on the second book in the Across the Universe triology.

What do you think?
